Multiplier Capital, LP closes first fund at $227 million

NEW YORK, July 17, 2014 /CNW/ -- Multiplier Capital, a venture debt fund with established excellence in growth capital lending, today announced the final closing of its first fund, Multiplier Capital, LP, with investable capital of approximately $227 million. Led by anchor investor Liberty Peak Capital, other investors include a college endowment, a publicly traded bank, family offices, and high net worth individuals in the U.S. and Canada. The fund was oversubscribed. 

Multiplier Capital was founded by partners Ray Boone, Ezra Friedberg, Henry "Huck" O'Connor and Kevin Sheehan. Combined, these investment professionals bring almost 80 years and $1 billion of debt transactions experience tailoring value-added debt solutions for more than 100 high-growth companies.
